實訓已經結束了。我最大的感觸就是：國際貿易流程好復雜，我感覺自己要勝任這個工作還得好好的努把子力。還有就是理論與實踐的差距。平時覺得學理論的東西還不怎麼難，可是一旦要你真正操作起來就覺得有點手忙腳亂了。很多東西都好像模稜兩可。實訓後我決定之後一定好好學習，對我所學的東西一定要理解透徹。
還記得在填制單據時，可能是因為自己對單據的掌握還不夠熟悉。特別是在一些英文單據的填寫上，當看到票據上的一些欄目時，就不知如何填制。這時，我深深的感到英語的重要性，英語學不好，會影響以後的就業，遠的不說，就說國際貿易實務，要想學好國貿，英語是基礎，所以要想學好國貿目前就要努力記住國貿中所涉及的英文。其次，這些看似簡單的單據填制起來一定要非常的仔細，每個單據看似大同小異，但實際填寫時很多地方都得非常注意的，像我就在那金額的增減上老出錯，這真是個至命的錯誤，還好現在是實訓，不是真的在企事業中，要不然……可見對專業知識的熟練是多麼重要。在實訓中，我寫錯了可以重寫一張，如果在現實中將會給公司帶來必要的麻煩，這讓我了解謹慎是多麼重要，以後做事我會更注意細節。
這次實習使我重新認識了自己。以前我只是把課本上的知識掌握了，卻很少聯繫到實際，沒有認識到實際操作的重要性。另外，知道自己的計算機操作能力差，但根本就沒有認識到計算機操作的重要。通過這次實訓才認識到計算機在商務活動中的重要，必須提高自己的實際操作能力。
隨著中國加入世界貿易組織以及越來越多的企業進入國際市場，社會對外經貿從業人員的需求不斷的發展。這給廣大求職者創造了良好的就業機會。不同國家之間進行跨國界商品買賣。由於進行交易的雙方屬於兩個不同的國家或地區，因此從事這種商業活動比國內更為復雜、困難，因而也更具有挑戰性。從事國際商務活動，尤其是國際間貨物買賣，而這種工作的最大特點就是要求商務人員在掌握基本知識的同時，必須具有很強的實際操作能力。而現代的國際商務活動，對從業人員的知識結構、實踐能力和基本素質提出了更高要求。因此我們也面臨著更大的挑戰。我們必須不斷的提高自己以適應新的形式。
在這里我非常感謝老師在這段時間的對我的指導。
