國際貿易術語（ Terms,of International trade），又稱價格術語。 在國際貿易中，買賣雙方所承擔的義務，會影響到商品的價格。 在長期的國際貿易實踐中，逐漸形成了把某些和價格密切相關的貿易條件與價格直接聯系在一起，形成了若干種報價的模式。每一模式都規定了買賣雙方在某些貿易條件中所承擔的義務。用來說明這種義務的術語，稱之為貿易術語。貿易術語所表示的貿易條件，主要分兩個方面：其一，說明商品的價格構成，是否包括成本以外的主要從屬費用，即運費和保險；其二，確定交貨條件，即說明買賣雙方在交接貨物方面彼此所承擔的責任、費用和風險的劃分。 貿易術語是國際貿易中表示價格的必不可少的內容。開報價中使用貿易術語，明確了雙方在貨物交接方面各自應承擔的責任、費用和風險，說明了商品的價格構成。從而簡化了交易磋商的手續，縮短了成交時間。由於規定貿易術語的國際慣例對買賣雙方應該承擔的義務，作了完整而確切的解釋，因而避免了由於對合同條款的理解不一致，在履約中可能產生的某些爭議。 給你個鏈接 你看看是否對你有幫助 http://ke..com/view/339128.htm?fr=ala0_1_1
