國際貿易標准分類（Standard International Trade Classification，簡稱：SITC），是為用於國際貿易商品的統計和對比的標內准分類方法。容
《協調制度》Harmonized System，HS，全稱為《商品名稱及編碼協調制度》。我國作為《協調制度公約》締約國，從1992年1月1日起採用《協調制度》作為我國《進出口稅則》和《海關統計商品目錄》的基礎目錄。《協調制度》是目前國際上應用最為廣泛的國際貿易商品分類目錄。為適應國際貿易及商品的發展，世界海關組織（WCO）每4至6年對《協調制度》進行一次較大范圍的修改。根據《協調制度》的修改變化，我國需要對本國《進出口稅則》和《統計商品目錄》進行對應的轉換調整。
