3. 國際貨物買賣合同有哪些形式和內容
國際貨物買賣合同一般包括約首、正文和約尾等形式和內容。
(一)約首版。這是指合同的序言部分，其權中包括合同的名稱、訂約雙方當事人的名稱和地址(要求寫明全稱)。另外，在合同序言部分常常寫明雙方訂立合同的意願和執行合同的意願以及執行合同的保證等內容。
(二)正文。這是合同的主體部分，具體列明各項交易的條件或條款，通常有品名、品質規格、數量、單價、包裝、交貨時間與地點，運輸與保險條件，支付方式以及商品檢驗，異議與索賠，不可抗力和仲裁等條款。這些條款體現了雙方當事人的權利和義務，為避免簽訂合同後買賣雙方發生爭執，應把這些條款規定的准確、詳細而嚴密。
(三)約尾。這是合同本文後的結尾部分，在該部分一般列明合同的份數、使用的文字及其效力、訂約的時間和地點及生效的時間。
4. 內貿合同與外貿合同有何聯系和區別注意是合同，詳細點。。
內貿合同與外貿合同的區別在於：
內貿合同的買賣雙方都是國內企業；合同受國專內的屬《合同法》約束；結算幣種是人民幣；合同糾紛協商不成，可以在國內的法院起訴。
而外貿合同的買賣雙方是國內企業與國外企業；合同受《聯合國國際貿易銷售公約》等相關法律法規和慣例約束；結算幣種以外幣為主，與有貨幣交換協議的國家交易，可以採用人民幣；合同糾紛協商不成的，一般採用國際仲裁的方式，也可以約定在某國的法院起訴。
說有何聯系，如果國內的出口企業出口自己的產品，那麼就沒有內貿合同。如果出口企業出口非自己的產品，那麼就一定有與外貿合同相對應的內貿合同，即采購與外貿合同內容一致的產品。
所以，內貿合同與外貿合同有沒有聯系，與出口企業出口的是自產產品，還是非自產產品有關。

工商抄部門在98年以前有內設部門「合同科」。此科室有各種類型的合同模本，根據社會發展的進程，該科室已經在98年以後取消，但是該科室更名為「市場監督管理科」後，仍然有很多合同模本，你可以到所在地的工商部門咨詢並免費領取合同模本。但是根據你的提問，還需要英文本，我想，還是請個律師擬定比較好。
