F. 外貿術語中EXW裡面的EX是什麼意思

外貿術語中EXW裡面的EX是英語詞根，不包括；除…之外的意思。

EXW（Ex Works）是國際貿易術語之一，是指當賣方在其所在地或其他指定的地點（如工場、工廠或倉庫）將貨物交給買方處置時，即完成交貨，賣方不辦理出口清關手續或將貨物裝上任何運輸工具。

該術語是賣方承擔責任最小的術語。買方必須承擔在賣方所在地受領貨物的全部費用和風險。 但是，若雙方希望在起運時賣方負責裝載貨物並承擔裝載貨物的全部費用和風險時，則須在銷售合同中明確寫明。

在買方不能直接或間接的辦理出口手續時，不應使用該術語，而應使用FCA，如果賣方同意裝載貨物並承擔費用和風險的話。

使用EXW應注意的問題

（2）賣方不需要將貨物裝上任何前來接收貨物的運輸工具，如果賣方更方便裝貨，應使用FCA。

（3）需要清關時，賣方無需辦理出口清關手續。賣方只有在買方提出要求並承擔風險和費用時才有義務協助買方辦理出口手續。因此，在買方不能直接或間接地辦理出口手續時，不應使用這一術語，而應使用FCA。

（4）當買方提出要求並承擔風險和費用時，賣方有義務及時向買方提供或協助買方取得貨物進出口相關單證和信息，包括安全信息。而買方僅有限度地承擔向賣方提供貨物出口相關信息的責任。

I. 國際貿易 英語

呵呵，我就是學國貿的。

國際貿易英語主要涉及專業術語，詞彙。知識背景。知識運用：如合同擬定，信用證，匯票等商業票據的繕制，電文、通知等外貿電文。

參考書：沒有一本書可以全部概括國際貿易專業所用的英文。學校里的所謂專業英語課程也不過是一些背景知識，詞彙的教授，不要想學了之後就會制單、報關了。國貿的英語要求，是需要有計劃的學習多門課程的，如國際貿易理論與實務，國際結算，商務英語BEC（一般自學），外貿函電。這幾門課程是最起碼的。

如果你是要考制單員，外銷員，報關員這一類的職業資格，不如直接去買考試參考書來看吧。
如果是要考英語資格的，有BEC的初中高級考試可報。不過這個和實際的國際貿易操作實際上聯系很少。

總之，國際貿易就是要學很多東西的專業。英語作為國際通用的交流語言，在這個專業的要求也很多。

J. 國際貿易常用英語

我也是做外貿的，出口。

一般用到以下詞彙：

1.運輸方式的有FOB,CIF,FCA，因為在深圳，主要做這幾種，建議到商店買本國際貿易的書多了解些。

2.有關單據的：PO(合同/采購訂單）,PI（形式發票），CI（商業發票），PL（裝箱單），IC（驗貨證明），BC（受益人證明）等。

3.LC（信用證），信用證的知識需多了解。一般的公司都要用到信用證，除非小公司。

4.quotation list 報價單，specifications產品規格書，inquire詢價（詢盤）

5.一些認證方面的詞彙，如，CE/CB/UL/FCC certificate等。

6.客人訂單下來的時候會有一個Job order（上面會體現所有訂單中對產品規格，認證，美工資料等的細節）。

7.Delivery Date發貨時間，Banking Information銀行信息， DESTINATION 目的港， CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN願產地證，SHIPPER發貨人， CONSIGNEE收貨人，BL(提單），Booking訂艙單，SI（提單補料），SC售貨確認書。

8.支付方式L/C(信用證），O/A（賒賬），D/P付款交單，D/A承兌交單，T/T電匯。

這些都是我們實際需用的，供參考，其實東西都是慢慢積累的。
