3. 国际货物买卖合同有哪些形式和内容
国际货物买卖合同一般包括约首、正文和约尾等形式和内容。
(一)约首版。这是指合同的序言部分，其权中包括合同的名称、订约双方当事人的名称和地址(要求写明全称)。另外，在合同序言部分常常写明双方订立合同的意愿和执行合同的意愿以及执行合同的保证等内容。
(二)正文。这是合同的主体部分，具体列明各项交易的条件或条款，通常有品名、品质规格、数量、单价、包装、交货时间与地点，运输与保险条件，支付方式以及商品检验，异议与索赔，不可抗力和仲裁等条款。这些条款体现了双方当事人的权利和义务，为避免签订合同后买卖双方发生争执，应把这些条款规定的准确、详细而严密。
(三)约尾。这是合同本文后的结尾部分，在该部分一般列明合同的份数、使用的文字及其效力、订约的时间和地点及生效的时间。
4. 内贸合同与外贸合同有何联系和区别注意是合同，详细点。。
内贸合同与外贸合同的区别在于：
内贸合同的买卖双方都是国内企业；合同受国专内的属《合同法》约束；结算币种是人民币；合同纠纷协商不成，可以在国内的法院起诉。
而外贸合同的买卖双方是国内企业与国外企业；合同受《联合国国际贸易销售公约》等相关法律法规和惯例约束；结算币种以外币为主，与有货币交换协议的国家交易，可以采用人民币；合同纠纷协商不成的，一般采用国际仲裁的方式，也可以约定在某国的法院起诉。
说有何联系，如果国内的出口企业出口自己的产品，那么就没有内贸合同。如果出口企业出口非自己的产品，那么就一定有与外贸合同相对应的内贸合同，即采购与外贸合同内容一致的产品。
所以，内贸合同与外贸合同有没有联系，与出口企业出口的是自产产品，还是非自产产品有关。
